Firstsource Solutions, has recorded a profit after tax of Rs 6.23 cr zoom by 5.9% from the same period last year.
Revenues from operations down by 5.3% to Rs 754.04 cr.
The employee strength of the company as of March 2015 was at 25,285 and during the quarter 1,336 employees were rationalised.
The rationalisation during the year, however, stood at 2,381.
Revenues for the year ended March 2015 recorded a 2.3% dip at Rs 3,034.70 cr. Profit after tax, however, was up 21.4% at Rs.234.3Cr.
