Actions To Watch -04-July-2013

Deepak Fertilizers and Petrochemicals Corporation  through its subsidiary SCM Soilfert bought 24.46 percent stake or 2,89,91,150 equity shares in Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilisers  (MCF) on Wednesday.

The sellers were DSP Blackrock (at Rs 63/share), Sundaram BNP Paribas MF (at Rs 63/share), Indian Syntans (at Rs 63/share) and Robust Marketing (at Rs 56.25/share)
