NLC India Signed a pact with the Gujarat government for the development of renewable energy projects,including solar, wind, hybrid and battery energy storage projects, with an aggregate investment potential of approximately ₹25,000 cr.

Bulk Deal :- Gabion Technologies India

 

1. Investment fund Vorton Opportunities Fund is the largest buyer, acquiring an additional 4.97 lakh shares (equivalent to 3.66% of the paid-up equity) at Rs 89/share, amounting to Rs 4.42 cr. 
2. Vorton already held a 1.01% stake (1.37 lakh shares) in Gabion Technologies.
3. Royal Alpha Growth-backed Royal Alpha Opportunity Fund acquired 99,200 equity shares in Gabion at Rs 89/share for Rs 88.28 lakh. 
4. Kamal Kumar Dugar and Co also bought the same number of shares at Rs 84.55/ share for Rs 83.87 lakh.
5. Nexus Equity Growth Fund Scheme-1 picked up 1.48 lakh shares in Gabion at Rs 84.55/ share for Rs 1.25 cr.

• while Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) purchased equities worth Rs 1181 cr.

Dolly  Khanna held 32.78 lakh shares(1.55%) stake in the parent company of Café Coffee Day, as per BSE data.
The recent rise in the share price was due to  Chennai-bench of National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in March dismissed the bankruptcy plea against the company by IDBI Trusteeship involving a Rs 228 cr default.

The Board has approved the enhancement of Intermittent Bonded Ribbon (IBR) cable manufacturing capacity from 1.73 million fibre kilometres per annum (mfkm/pa) to 19.01 mfkm/pa at its existing facilities in Hyderabad and Goa, with a total capital outlay of Rs 125.55 crore. This expansion aims to meet the rising global demand, particularly from North America and Europe.

Nykaa Q3 Earning

 

FSN E-Commerce Ventures, the parent company of beauty and fashion brand Nykaa, reported a 51 percent year-on-year (Y-o-Y) increase in its net profit to Rs 26.4 cr  December 31 (Q3 FY25), V/s to Rs 17.5 cr   the Y-o-Y.

The company had posted a profit of Rs 13 cr.

Nykaa’s consolidated revenue from operations grew 27% Y-o-Y to Rs 2,267 cr, up from Rs 1,789 cr a Y-o-Y and Rs 1,875 cr in Q2 FY25.

Vodafone Idea share announced a robust capital expenditure plan of Rs 50,000-55,000 cr over the next three years, aimed at bolstering its 4G and 5G network capacity and coverage.

In an investor presentation, the company said that it had already spent over Rs 2,000 cr on capital expenditure in the first half of FY25, resulting in a 14% increase in its 4G data capacity.

The 4G population coverage also grew significantly, adding 22 million new users during the period.

The ambitious capex plan has renewed investor confidence in the company’s ability to remain competitive in the telecom space, despite its financial challenges.

The fundraise, Birla said, enabled the company to kick start its capex cycle. Vodafone Idea has already announced the first phase of capex deals worth $3.6 billion with three global partners- Nokia, Ericsson and Samsung.

 CG Power has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Renesas Electronics Corporation’s radio frequency (RF) components business for $36 million, marking its entry into semiconductor design.

The RF components business, part of Japan-based Renesas, generated $56 million in revenue in 2023. Under the agreement, CG Power will acquire intellectual property, equipment, inventories, and select employees, helping to enhance its expertise in RF component design and marketing. 

 A new subsidiary, CG Semi Pvt Ltd, has been formed to manage the Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) operations.

Aarti Industries and UPL  entered into a joint venture (JV) 50-50% partnership for manufacturing and marketing of specialty chemicals that find application in multiple downstream industries.

This arrangement is a first of its kind partnership between two large Indian companies to develop, manufacture and market the downstream and value-added chemical intermediates for global markets and foster India’s ambition to become self-reliant and make for the world.

The companies will provide key raw materials for manufacturing the desired chemicals.

The JV company is expected to commence commercial supplies by Q1FY27 with a peak annual revenue potential of Rs 400-500 cr in next 2-3 years.

Augene Chemical Private Limited (ACPL) will be a proposed entity for JV between the companies.

Both the companies propose to initially invest Rs 12.50 cr each, in equity share capital of ACPL.

it is proposed to invest Rs 137.50 cr each in one or more tranches in the form of equity capital/preference share capital/debt.

RattanIndia Power - Q4FY24

 

Its total income rose to Rs 995.73 cr  FROM Rs 988.64 cr  Y-o-Y. 

Its consolidated net profit fiscal 2023-24 at Rs 8,896.75 cr  v/s  loss of Rs 1,869.85 cr . 

The total income in the FY March 2024 rose to Rs 3,704.78 cr from Rs 3,559.36 cr   Y-o-Y.
